Masked men on Motorbike’s on a cycleway

Off camera. as my camera has broken they were seen speeding extremely fast past me. would of been doing faster speeds than the m7 motorway speed limit.

very dangerous as pedestrians sometimes walking dogs and cyclists use this shared pathway.
