What red turning arrow? Part 15

Driver of 1EEE734 gives me the polite 'waving me across the intersection' so not to inconvenience her running the red light. She pretends to be surprised to see the red turning arrow but I know it is a deliberate act because I already have another video of her doing exactly the same thing.
This crossing is a major pedestrian/bicycle access way between Hamilton Hill and South Beach.
