Unsafe Pass

I am reporting this infraction as a cyclist. The front and rear facing videos are attached. On 3/9/2025 at 1600 I was passed unsafely while cycling on N. Rampart Range Rd. The offender was driving a black Cadillac Escalade CO Plate: DCA 568 traveling north towards Titan Rd. That vehicle did not allow for 3 feet to my left heading into oncoming traffic. I would also argue that the vehicle was speeding and endangered my life as well as the oncoming vehicular traffic.
