Like the corresponding incident from the opposite direction (same blind bridge) later the same day- a common offence. Usual story with these unbroken white line offences: offending driver accelerates hard so he's approaching the oncoming Porsche with a closing speed of 70+mph and has to brake when he reaches the bend on the bridge. Narrowly avoids a collision with the Porsche. Lancashire Constabulary will ignore the offence, because they always do. Time on the video is GMT.
