Road Safety guy wasnt so safe

Probably third time in 3 months that similar has happened with traffic/safety controller people along this stretch ... all when dark, these people just don't get people or bikes or anything that is not a car or a truck ... I was sure he saw me and just didn't care but of course I kinda expected that and braked ...
