Routine illegal crossing of the unbroken white line northbound at this offence hotspot by a large fast tractor with trailer. The same offence occurs regularly in the other direction at this blind humpbacked bridge. Time on the video is GMT. Offence, as always, ignored by Lancashire Constabulary.
