Give way to oncoming traffic (except cyclists)

Boy racer makes no attempt to slow down as he approaches a narrow hump back bridge. He was sat so low in his seat he could hardly see over the top of the steering wheel, no wonder he couldn't see me (remember my head is some 2 feet above the camera height).
