Entitled que-jumper

The Hampton Road transit lane is for busses, bicycles and taxis - no cars. The driver of 1EXX429 decides that he is entitled to use this lane and that his priorities over ride state road rules. He toots me to make me give way. I don't and point to the sign that explicitly says that he shouldn't be in the lane. He then has to push his way into the correct lane of traffic and immediately dives back into the transit lane while indicating incorrectly with an unregistered trailer.
