Dangerous overtake into oncoming traffic EF11VFY

As I was positioning myself to safely overtake two parked cars and a bus that was about to stop the Vauxhall Insignia was very close behind me but on the wrong side of the road causing one of the two oncoming vehicles to swerve out of the way to avoid a crash. As I approached the second parked car the vehicle passed me dangerously closely and started to pull back onto the correct side of the road too quickly nearly hitting me.
